WOMEN'S ONLY YOGA

Our Yoga program is split between two main components: Alternating Yoga Flow / Yin & Yoga Kriya.

A great combination of strength and flexibility. You will become familiar with the foundation of Yoga, learning newposes every week. This class will help you build your stamina, strength, coordination, balance, flexibility, while offering a deeper connection to yourself and your community. A continuous flow of movement and breath generates a meditative state, encouraging you to focus on the present moment. Yin Yoga is a slower paced style of yoga, which offers a deep stretch while incorporating the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

A Kriya is a Sanskrit word meaning complete action, deed, or effort. The root, kri, means to do or create. It is a specific set of yogic exercises designed to create a particular outcome, such as spinal flexibility, increased intuition, emotional release, elevation, and radiance. The sequence of postures include movement, breath work and sound.
